About the position

The Sr. Financial Analyst works directly with Corporate SVP of Finance and CFO on capital structure planning, debt maintenance, banking structure, working capital, payments processing, guest cash access, and investor relations. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Maintain central planning models including projecting consolidated income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow statement.
  • Create greenfield development proformas including demand assessments, market analysis, departmental cost structures, labor compendiums, and modeling consolidated cash flows and returns.
  • Create, interpret and present financial, statistical and other forms of analysis.
  • Formulate and implement an analytical framework.
  • Oversee banking structure including KYC requirements and compliance.
  • Manage daily cash including cash investments and revolver utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all debt agreements for debt maintenance.
  • Support CFO on capital financing transactions.
  • Work with property Cage leadership on working capital management and cash management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders and external vendors on payment processing and cash access products.
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings releases, and financial reports.
  • Support quarterly earnings call preparations including developing reports and Q&A documents.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor performance.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly board of directors meetings.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree or equivalent in Business related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of analyst experience in a team environment.
  • Two (2) years' experience in the Casino industry preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented, innovative, flexible, thorough, task oriented, can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.
  • Must be able to obtain gaming registration for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
  • Must be able to access all areas of the casino as part of the requirements to perform duties.
