About the position

The Analyst position within JLL Technologies' Technology Engineering Group is focused on overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy in financial operations and collaborating with various teams to resolve financial issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage new hire requests and approvals, ensuring within budget
• Maintain contractor database with contract end dates and rates and work with Procurement, Legal, and managers on contract renewals
• Partner with FP&A and Controllership teams on the monthly LBA and contractor accrual processes
• Manage Capex charter submission
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, Finance, and other departments to resolve financial issues
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
