About the position

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the FP&A team, focusing on corporate financial planning and analysis activities. This role involves supporting revenue and expense planning, balance sheet and cash forecasting, and providing insights for investor and board reporting. The analyst will also manage budget and expense oversight for the R&D and G&A organizations, while driving improvements in reporting processes and supporting the FP&A system's administration.

Responsibilities

• Support all Corporate FP&A activities including revenue and expense planning, balance sheet and cash forecasting, and investor reporting.
• Manage and enhance forecasting models to ensure accurate expense management.
• Perform analysis to guide business decisions and provide insights to leadership.
• Interface with R&D and G&A leaders to provide reporting and analysis as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to scale the FP&A function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience in budgeting, consolidation, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial systems, preferably Adaptive Insights.
• Strong financial modeling and budget management skills, with the ability to identify variance drivers.
