About the position

The Sr. FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand team by implementing plans that drive EBIT improvement across new commercial launches and assist in building operating expense forecasts and budgets. This highly visible position requires professionalism and excellent communication skills, as it involves collaboration across multiple areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly presentations to highlight financial results and business drivers to management
• Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year, proactively finding opportunities for improvement
• Perform analysis to help support gross margin growth on current styles and new product innovation
• Collaborate with the Global Brand Partnerships team to build ROIs for potential new partnerships
• Build Brand Marketing ROI's supporting innovation and Commercial launches
• Support ad hoc requests across different functions of the business including Commercial Teams
• Build and improve completed financial models to drive business decisions and improvements in planning and forecasting
• Establish strong, collaborative working relationships, maintaining ongoing consistent communications with business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance or economics
• 5 years of related/applicable experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
• Expert in building models for analysis
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable and independent
