About the position

The Sr. Fraud Business Intelligence Analyst (ETL and Tableau) at TD Bank is responsible for creating reports and dashboards to support various partners within the US Fraud division. This role involves utilizing tools such as SAS, Tableau, SQL, and Python to analyze data and develop ETL processes. The analyst will lead the design and management of analytical tools, provide business analysis support, and ensure alignment with fraud policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards for partners across the US Fraud division.
• Develop ETL processes and write high-quality SQL and SAS code to analyze data.
• Lead the design, development, and management of analytical tools and reporting.
• Provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed.
• Identify fraud trends and provide insights based on business level reporting.
• Support project development and provide risk identification for business insights.
• Ensure alignment of fraud policies and processes with business lines.
• Provide monthly updates on business partner loss and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related capacity.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Experience in fraud management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Undergraduate education in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Expert knowledge of data sources and technologies for report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
