About the position

As a Sr. Front End React Developer at Capco, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering innovative solutions in the financial services industry. Your role will involve utilizing agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to enhance the quality and implementation of software products for clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and evaluate solution requirements, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
• Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business.
• Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
• Map requirements into standard services solutions, identify opportunities for integration with existing technology, and provide cost-effective solutions for complex projects.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years development experience using React / React Native.
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices using Spring Boot in Java, handling API transactions and managing the data layer.
• Experience in AWS.
• Experience designing modular solutions using Webpack's Module Federation or similar.

• Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week.
