About the position

The Sr. Frontend Engineer will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge derivatives exchange utilizing zero-knowledge proofs. This position requires a strong focus on implementing designs into functional user interfaces and prototyping multiple concepts simultaneously, all while working in a fast-paced startup environment in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Implement designs/wireframes into working UI quickly
• Prototype multiple proof of concepts in parallel
• Implement backend functionalities such as chat
• Understand user needs to inform decision-making

Requirements

• 1+ years experience working in a small, fast-paced company
• 3+ years of experience in React for consumer-facing applications
• Experience working on products with exceptional UI/UX
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of business logic related to the exchange

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in native mobile or React Native development
• Experience in user-facing roles such as PM, UI/UX, or Forward Deployed Engineer
• Experience creating designs from idea to wireframe using Figma
