About the position

As a Sr Full Stack Developer at Capco, you will leverage your extensive experience in Java and agile development methodologies to enhance the quality and implementation of software products for clients in the financial services industry. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and evaluate solution requirements, proposing strategic solutions, and contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
• Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business.
• Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
• Map requirements into standard services solutions, identify opportunities for integration with existing technology, and provide cost-effective solutions for complex projects.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement, demonstrating a positive attitude and solid communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience using Java in a J2EE environment.
• Experience in application maintenance and development of core application processing layers using Java/J2EE and Informatica ETL solutions.
• Comfortable covering the user interface layer and Drupal process layer.
• Experience with application testing and quality assurance, ensuring Agile and DevOps maturity improvements.
• Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week.
