About the position

As a Sr Full Stack Developer at Capco, you will leverage your expertise in Java and React to contribute to the development and implementation of software products tailored for the financial services industry. This role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
• Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business.
• Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
• Map requirements into standard services solutions, identify opportunities for integration with existing technology, and provide cost-effective solutions for complex projects.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience using Java in a J2EE environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices using Spring Boot in Java, handling API transactions and managing the data layer for micro apps.
• Experience in AWS.
• Experience designing modular solutions using Webpack's Module Federation or similar.

Nice-to-haves

• Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week.
