About the position

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at TechnoKraft, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of retail solutions. With a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies, you will leverage your extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in retail solution implementation, to lead projects and guide your team through the software development lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with business owners to gather requirements, breaking them down into user stories, and participating in architectural discussions to ensure that solutions are effectively implemented at the scrum team level. You will be expected to architect solutions, prepare designs for ongoing and upcoming Program Increments (PIs), and provide technical and architectural guidance to your team on a daily basis. In this role, you will also conduct code reviews, approve or reject merge requests, and collaborate across programs to address technical dependencies. Your expertise in system integration and architecture design will be crucial as you create documentation and research new technologies and frameworks, leading Proofs of Concept (POCs) as necessary. You will ensure that development best practices, policies, and procedures are adhered to, while keeping in sync with enterprise standards and initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for creating technical documentation and for client-facing interactions. A solid understanding of the SAFe methodology will also be beneficial in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with business owners to understand business requirements and break them down into user stories.
  • Participate in architectural discussions at the program level and ensure implementation at the scrum team level.
  • Architect solutions and prepare designs for ongoing and upcoming Program Increments (PIs).
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance to the team on a day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews and approve/reject merge requests.
  • Collaborate across programs to raise/resolve technical dependencies.
  • Create system integration and system architecture design documents.
  • Research new technologies/frameworks and lead Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep in sync with enterprise standards and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Overall 6-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in retail solution implementation as a Lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, RDBMS (preferably Oracle), Hibernate, OAuth 2.0, and Spring JPA.
  • Experience with SOA/Microservices, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure, UML, Mocking frameworks, Messaging Queue, Git, and DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies, NodeJS, Typescript, UI frameworks like Angular7.0/React, NGRX, mobile technologies like native script, Ionic, Cordova, progressive web applications (PWA), and service workers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation.
  • Strong logical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles.
  • Understanding of SAFe methodology.

  • Experience with REST APIs (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with Java (1 year preferred).
  • Ability to commute to Plano, TX 75023 (preferred).
  • Willingness to relocate to Plano, TX 75023 before starting work (preferred).
