About the position

The Sr. Full Stack Java Developer position at Infosys involves collaborating with key stakeholders and applying technical expertise throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role focuses on developing and maintaining Java-based web applications, leading validation and testing efforts, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using Java 11 and Spring Boot.
• Develop APIs and components using React/Angular 8.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to production support.
• Ensure sprint dedication and meet release goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and manage customer relationships.
• Prepare weekly reports and governance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience with Java8/J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• At least 1 year of experience with React JS/Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Azure, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and scrum ceremonies.

Nice-to-haves

• Lead experience managing a team of 3-4 members.
• 2-4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Experience with DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and manual deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
