The Sr. Global Event Demand Generation Manager drives demand generation for Summits globally, working in collaboration with central and Geo field events teams across the globe. This role will own driving event demand generation at scale, implement best practices, to foster better customer experiences globally, and make continuous improvements based on data and insight. This role will partner broadly across the organization with a diverse team of event and field marketing leaders to develop, augment, and optimize the go to market demand generation strategy to ensure campaigns meet their lead generation and pipeline goals. The ideal candidate for this role will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a proven track record of building and executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and generate pipeline. Multi-channel demand generation strategy will span email, paid and organic social, site merchandising, and more. Experience building and executing demand generation strategy for events is a required qualification as well as experience managing multiple events simultaneously. You will collaborate with a diverse group of central and regional stakeholders to set and execute the global strategy to drive demand generation for tier 1 events at scale. You will own the full lifecycle of driving demand, from strategy and development to launch, reporting, and optimization. You will implement best practices to foster customer-obsessed experiences globally and make continuous improvements based on data and insights.
