About the position

The Sr. Global Event Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving demand generation for global summits, collaborating with central and regional event teams. This role focuses on implementing best practices to enhance customer experiences and continuously improve strategies based on data insights. The manager will work with various stakeholders to develop and optimize demand generation strategies, ensuring campaigns meet lead generation and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to globalize demand generation strategy and online experience for tier 1 in-person and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to define digital marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns.
  • Own planning and reporting, ensuring teams have the necessary information and assets to deliver priorities.
  • Analyze data to support feasibility, registration, attendance, and pipeline goals.
  • Create and optimize marketing content to drive demand across MarTech tools.
  • Report key success metrics and performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver clear communication with stakeholders regarding strategy, best practices, and performance.
  • Manage agency relationships and resources to execute campaigns with strong ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience building and executing demand generation strategy for events and managing multiple events simultaneously.
