In this position, the specialist will support product lifecycle management activities, which include overseeing key projects, managing change development processes, and ensuring accurate data management. Effective communication between supply planning, sourcing, and regional marketing teams is crucial, as is the ability to lead revenue-driving projects and communicate their progress clearly. The specialist will become an expert in the Exam Gloves portfolio, translating market and customer needs into actionable goals and strategies that enhance sales and profitability. The role demands strong financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively across various functions, including R&D, sourcing, enterprise marketing, and customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for launching commercial tactics, such as developing marketing collateral and value propositions, while remaining current on market trends to maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainable economic success.

Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle management activities for the portfolio, including key projects or programs, change development processes, and data management.
  • Develop effective communication methods between supply planning, sourcing, and regional marketing teams.
  • Lead critical revenue driving projects and effectively communicate project progress.
  • Become a product expert for all elements of the global Exam Gloves portfolio.
  • Understand end customer clinical practices, patient needs, and global market trends to contribute to the global product strategy for the portfolio.
  • Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business plans, product plans, and marketing plans.
  • Work collaboratively among cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, enterprise marketing, enterprise contracting, strategic pricing, customer service, finance, quality, regulatory, legal, inventory, and regional marketing teams.
  • Translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales & profitability for the business.
  • Identify and remain current on market trends, determining product/service lifecycle implications and making recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Support and launch commercial tactics such as collateral development and value propositions.
  • Exhibit strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in a related field, preferred.
  • Tenacity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work quickly.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritization to deliver on business commitments.
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to participate in 1 evening call each week.
