About the position

The Senior Global Product Marketing Specialist at Cardinal Health is responsible for core product marketing and management activities essential for the business. The specialist will lead product lifecycle management, contribute to global product strategy, and ensure effective communication across various teams to drive revenue and profit.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle management activities for the portfolio, including key projects and data management.
• Liaise with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to develop effective communication methods between teams.
• Contribute to the global product strategy by working with regional marketing leaders to identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of marketing and product management to build business and marketing plans.
• Identify market trends to enhance competitiveness and achieve economic success.
• Support the development of business cases, investment requests, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, finance, and customer service.
• Translate market and customer needs into defined goals and strategies to drive revenue.
• Utilize primary research methods to inform portfolio decisions.
• Take informed risks and act decisively.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate financial acumen and logical decision-making skills.
• Strong willingness to take initiative and get the job done.
