About the position

The Business Development Specialist will lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for AWS Networking services, focusing on Enterprise and Digital Native Business customers in North America. This role involves collaboration with various teams to address customer needs, expand market reach, and drive adoption of AWS security services. The specialist will be responsible for developing scalable programs, delivering business reviews, and ensuring alignment with customer signals to enhance service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for AWS Networking services.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other teams to benefit customers.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets/accounts and drive adoption.
  • Identify new opportunities for AWS security services in the domain.
  • Develop and execute goals that drive long-term growth and meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents.
  • Work with external partners and execute customer acquisition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience with a focus on large commercial organizations.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience building, managing, and measuring GTM programs for cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
  • Technical background in engineering or computer science with a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
