About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer role at Blueprint Creative Group is a contractor position focused on delivering high-quality design solutions for various projects. The designer will collaborate with both internal and external teams to create a range of materials that align with client branding and business objectives. This position requires a strong design portfolio and the ability to work within established brand guidelines while providing innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal and external design talent on general creative requests such as white papers, infographics, data sheets, website materials, social media assets, event collateral, and presentation decks.
• Staying up to date on the latest presentation design trends to offer fresh new ideas while working within the BP brand guidelines.
• Working with partners to develop materials that respect BP and clients' brands.
• Collaborating with other designers to share files throughout a project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a command of typography, color, and layout.
• Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines while finding fresh and creative solutions to design problems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create high-level work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expert in creating presentations (Google Slides and PPT), social graphics, and layout documents using Styles.
• Experience using project management software (Asana, JIRA, etc.).
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic illustration skills (i.e., icons).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills, or an interest in developing in this area.
