About the position

As a Senior Graphic Designer for an innovative wellness brand, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience. This position is based in El Segundo, near LAX, and is not remote. You will be responsible for creating brand campaigns across various platforms, including email, GIFs, paid media, web, print, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, paid social, and display ads, all aimed at driving sales and enhancing brand visibility. Your expertise will be crucial in developing compelling product campaigns that align with the brand's vision and goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that all designs are not only visually appealing but also strategically sound. You will design eye-catching materials for various channels, ensuring that each piece effectively communicates the brand's message and engages the target audience. Your ability to create and implement bold designs will enhance brand storytelling and product visibility across all customer touchpoints. Additionally, you will work with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to leverage analytics for data-driven design decisions, ensuring that your work is informed by insights and trends. Managing multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines will be essential, as you will be expected to maintain brand consistency and cohesion throughout all marketing efforts. This position offers the potential for a temp-to-perm or full-time direct hire opportunity, making it an exciting chance to contribute to a cutting-edge wellness brand.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop and execute compelling product campaigns.
  • Design eye-catching materials for various channels, including email, web, print, and social media.

  • Work with Marketing and E-commerce teams to leverage analytics for data-driven design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5-7 years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Expertise in design fundamentals, including color, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Figma experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement near LAX.
  • Pay rate: $50/hr (W2), 40 hours per week, 9am-6pm.
