About the position

Meriplex is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead multimedia campaigns, develop creative processes, and ensure brand consistency across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a creative mindset to produce high-quality visuals that engage the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, social media graphics, web assets, and other marketing materials.
• Develop short animations and motion graphics for use in videos, social media, and digital ads.
• Design engaging, professional, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, incorporating custom graphics, animations, and branding.
• Design email templates and landing pages, ensuring optimization for performance across different platforms and devices.
• Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and style.
• Collaborate with marketing, content creators, and sales teams to understand project goals, audience, and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in graphic design and presentation design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for creating and editing email templates and web assets.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in email/HTML, motion graphics, and presentation design preferred but not required.
• Experience with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or other animation software is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a bonus.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
