About the position

Torque Creative, the in-house creative group for One World Technologies, Inc. dba TTI Power Equipment, is seeking a talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team in Anderson, SC. This position is pivotal in handling the layout and design of product packaging, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and various other collateral. The Sr. Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with a team of designers to fulfill the creative needs of our Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring that all designs align with our brand standards and effectively communicate our product offerings to consumers. In this role, the Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing technically accurate working files for in-store merchandising displays and POP collateral. The designer will implement and maintain brand standards across all materials, ensuring consistency and quality in our visual communications. The position requires direct interaction with Art Directors, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet established timelines. The ability to resolve design-related and technical issues promptly is essential, as is the flexibility to take on other creative duties as assigned. Responsibilities

• Layout, design and produce technically accurate working files for in-store merchandising displays, Point-of-Purchase collateral
• Implement and maintain brand standards to all collateral accurately
• Work directly with Art Directors, Project Managers and other cross-functional teams
• Work efficiently to meet established timelines, able to resolve design related and technical issues
• Other creative duties as assigned

Requirements

• 4 year college degree, Art degree preferred
• 3+ years experience in creative production field
• Must have experience designing and producing marketing materials
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and various standard Microsoft applications
• Know how to set up files for press
• Must have good communication skills and able to work well with a team
• Must take initiative and be self-motivated
• Must have good file management
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
