About the position

The Sr. Graphic Designer at Visa USA, Inc. is responsible for supporting product marketing and sales enablement for Risk and Identity Solutions. This role requires a highly skilled designer with expertise across various mediums, including print, digital, and motion graphics. The designer will work closely with internal stakeholders to produce engaging content that communicates complex topics in a user-friendly manner, while adhering to brand guidelines and modern design standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce new and existing content, supporting on-brand guides and templates.
• Create presentation materials, conference events, infographics, animations, motion graphics, videos, and interactive demos.
• Manage full stack video production.
• Design visual and narrative content through creative storytelling.
• Extend visual systems and brand guidelines across all mediums.
• Communicate complex product and technical topics visually and simply.
• Design content with a user-centric approach.
• Provide outstanding art direction and design experience across various media including digital, social, collateral, print, events, and video.
• Define scalable structures and tell stories with wireframes and user flows.
• Follow animation best practices and contribute to motion standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience, focusing on product marketing and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong skills in print, digital, static, and motion design.

Nice-to-haves

• 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• Optional experience in the Fintech industry or a related field.
