About the position

Faherty is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to enhance the visual identity of the brand. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create impactful visual content that aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the audience. The designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and contributing to innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Faherty's visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Create engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including social media assets, email campaigns, website banners, packaging, and lookbooks.
• Oversee all site redesign and site creative moving forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies.
• Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure successful execution of design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print materials.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
