About the position

Our retail client is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their Brand Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire campaign production process, creative strategy, and design execution. You will work collaboratively with project managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our campaigns are not only visually captivating but also executed seamlessly, meeting all deadlines and objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including B2C and B2B creatives, file organization, digital paid media, presentations, and print creative. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities. You will create visually stunning and effective assets for various digital and print marketing channels that drive awareness, sales, and traffic. Additionally, you will partner with the project manager to oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and that all milestones and deadlines are met. This position is remote, but there are holiday meetings and a few meetings a year that will require you to be onsite in Century City, Los Angeles; therefore, they prefer someone local to Southern California. You will maintain an organized and easily accessible digital asset library for all creative assets and design eye-catching materials for paid media campaigns. Furthermore, you will create engaging presentations and PowerPoints for client pitches, internal meetings, and campaign performance reports, as well as prepare and organize files for Canva Toolkit rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients' objectives and brand identities.
  • Create visually stunning and effective B2C and B2B assets for various digital and print marketing channels that drive awareness, sales, and traffic.
  • Partner with the project manager to oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
  • Keep track of project timelines and ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible digital asset library for all creative assets.
  • Work closely with project managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and receive feedback.
  • Design eye-catching and effective advertising materials for paid media campaigns.
  • Create engaging and impactful presentations and PowerPoints for client pitches, internal meetings, and campaign performance reports.
  • Prepare and organize files for Canva Toolkit rollouts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with paid media and out-of-home advertising
  • Experience with Canva for Teams
  • Experience in project management systems (Monday.com)
  • Proven experience in graphic design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with rapid changes.
