About the position

The Senior Graphic Designer at Freeman is responsible for guiding and developing graphic brand campaigns and systems for live experiences, including events and exhibits. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to express the client's brand through two-dimensional design, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop informed graphic design solutions for high complexity projects, shaping the overall design approach and articulating brand campaign direction with guidance from senior team members.
• Self-direct and work independently on projects of moderate complexity.
• Contribute to graphic design quality, coherence to design intent, and commitment to project schedules.
• Translate design concepts into press-ready files for handoff to layout teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Present concepts internally and externally, managing revisions and resubmissions in an iterative process.
• Efficiently manage workload to ensure quality and timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Capacity to support a heavy workload with high-quality output.
• Ability to forecast future workload.
