About the position

At GoodRx, data and analytics is built into the DNA of how we do business. Understanding, identifying and measuring business and growth drivers is an extremely important part of the decision-making process throughout the company. The Sr. Growth Analytics Analyst will support the marketing team with all aspects of analytics to support strategic decision-making with new initiatives for the health care professional audience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building reporting dashboards and specifying the relevant data pipelines, deriving insights from existing datasets, building measurement models from a variety of data sources and more. This is a cross-functional role that will work with marketing, product, data science and engineering teams to fulfill team goals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, independent, constant problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign reporting and dashboarding for various paid tactics
  • Define metrics and measurements of success for engaging providers
  • Streamline processes with third party marketing partners and data providers
  • Support planning and execution of provider engagement strategy
  • Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities across marketing channels
  • Brainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field or the equivalent in years of experience
  • 5+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to organize and interpret messy data to find insights
  • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, subqueries/CTEs, case statements, window functions, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing executive-level performance dashboards
  • Proven ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to independently validate large data sets
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative abilities
  • Strong Excel / Sheets proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, etc.)
  • PowerPoint / Slides proficiency with linked data tables and a good eye for visual storytelling
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
