About the position

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Veeqo, an Amazon company, is responsible for leading paid media efforts to enhance brand awareness, consideration, and conversions among ecommerce sellers. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ad platforms to develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with Veeqo's business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive growth and optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with Veeqo's business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies to augment in-house capabilities and drive accelerated growth, ensuring high standards for measurement and scalability.
  • Construct analytics dashboards, writing custom SQL queries and leveraging newly onboarded MarTech.
  • Own and build new marketing growth drivers, partnering with tech and product teams to bring ideas to market.
  • Manage and optimize performance and brand-focused paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact messaging and creative for the ecommerce seller community.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analytics and product marketing, to ensure effective paid media execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and seller operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B paid media and digital marketing, preferably in the ecommerce or SaaS space.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Proven track record of driving impactful results through performance-focused and brand-building paid media.
  • Experience working directly with ad agencies or in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics 3P technology and policy including Ad Pixels/Tags, Analytics Tooling, Dashboard Tooling, GDPR, CCPA, SKAN, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
