Vimeo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to drive high enterprise leads from our free and self-serve customer base. This is a high-impact role where you will own the MQL and PQL funnels that power a significant portion of our enterprise sales, directly impacting our quarterly business targets. As the Sr. Growth Manager, you will be the architect of a data-driven lead generation engine. You will craft and execute innovative campaigns across email and product channels, leveraging customer insights and compelling messaging to optimize the customer journey and maximize lead conversions. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing and Sales, shaping the future of Vimeo's enterprise growth. In this position, you will lead the charge by developing and implementing a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on converting our existing free and self-serve customer base into qualified enterprise leads. You will own and manage an experiment roadmap, rigorously testing and refining your strategies to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly MQL and PQL goals. Cross-functional collaboration is key, as you will partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to identify high-value customer segments, develop targeted messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion. Your role will also involve crafting compelling messaging strategies that resonate with specific customer segments and channels, leveraging both product-led and customer-centric approaches. You will manage and optimize the email nurture series, creating personalized experiences that engage prospects and drive them towards sales-ready conversations. Staying ahead of industry trends and growth best practices will be essential, as you continuously innovate and experiment to drive growth in a dynamic landscape.
