About the position

Vimeo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to drive high enterprise leads from our free and self-serve customer base. This is a high-impact role where you will own the MQL and PQL funnels that power a significant portion of our enterprise sales, directly impacting our quarterly business targets. As the Sr. Growth Manager, you will be the architect of a data-driven lead generation engine. You will craft and execute innovative campaigns across email and product channels, leveraging customer insights and compelling messaging to optimize the customer journey and maximize lead conversions. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing and Sales, shaping the future of Vimeo's enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on converting our existing free and self-serve customer base into qualified enterprise leads.
  • Own and manage an experiment roadmap, rigorously testing and refining strategies to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly MQL and PQL goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to identify high-value customer segments, develop targeted messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
  • Craft compelling messaging strategies that resonate with specific customer segments and channels, leveraging both product-led and customer-centric approaches.
  • Manage and optimize the email nurture series, creating personalized experiences that engage prospects and drive them towards sales-ready conversations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and growth best practices, continuously innovating and experimenting to drive growth in a dynamic landscape.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or a similar field, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in email marketing with a deep understanding of how to leverage these channels for lead conversion.
  • Strong grasp of self-serve and enterprise SaaS business models, with the ability to tailor strategies to each customer segment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and to present effectively to senior leadership.
  • Experience working effectively across teams, building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
