About the position

The Sr. Growth Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the Payments product line within the global Product Marketing team. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create and execute effective growth marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and partners, as well as cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the product, market dynamics, and customer needs to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated campaign positioning and messaging based on audience and competitive analysis.
  • Create campaign-specific content to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with revenue and product marketing teams to support initiatives that attract new customers and partners.
  • Map the buyer journey and align content to different touchpoints to enhance conversion rates.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to enable teams across the organization.
  • Report on campaign performance and product revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing and/or product management in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the payments industry or similar FinTech sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and driving adoption of new products.
