At Versapay, the Analytics team plays a crucial role in unlocking growth and driving efficiency through data-driven insights. As the new Senior GTM Data Analyst, you will empower Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations, to make strategic decisions that lead to optimal outcomes. This position is pivotal in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and guiding sales strategies. You will serve as the bridge between data and action, leveraging your expertise to uncover insights that fuel our GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Analytics, you will be instrumental in providing the insights necessary for our teams to succeed in a dynamic market landscape. In this high-impact role, you will become an expert in Versapay's GTM strategy, target markets, and competitive landscape. You will immerse yourself in understanding our customers' needs, pain points, and buying journeys. Your responsibilities will include generating actionable insights from comprehensive analyses across all growth levers, such as marketing campaigns, sales performance, lead generation efforts, and revenue data. You will identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, constructing models that predict customer behavior and pipeline scenarios. Additionally, you will create and maintain frameworks for evaluating GTM initiatives, including A/B testing methodologies that enable marketers to optimize their testing cadences. You will design dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data. Your role will also involve collaborating with GTM teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking across all channels, working closely with Marketing to define and implement event tracking for campaigns, and with Sales to track lead progression. You will analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints to identify key conversion drivers and opportunities for personalized messaging and engagement. Furthermore, you will engage with GTM and Finance leadership to develop a cohesive vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework, creating measurement frameworks that help assess the effectiveness and impact of GTM efforts.
