About the position

The Sr. GTM Operations & Strategy Analyst at Lucid Software plays a crucial role in scaling the Enterprise Go-To-Market Operations and Strategy team. This position involves close collaboration with the North America Enterprise Sales leadership team to support business operating rhythms, strategic decision-making, process improvement, and performance management reporting. The analyst will leverage data and insights to drive business strategies and enhance operational effectiveness within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business operating rhythms throughout the enterprise sales organization, ensuring effective and efficient operations to meet established goals.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, leveraging data and analyses to provide business insights and develop GTM strategies.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and planning in partnership with sales leadership, producing analysis and recommendations for key business decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, business development, account teams, and demand generation teams to create a holistic view of the business.
  • Manage the administration and execution of the enterprise sales organization's targets, including segmentation of business goals and measurement of goal attainment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Business, Economics, or Strategy.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally with 1+ years in a SaaS or recurring revenue business; experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, or FP&A preferred.
  • Outstanding project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with experience in managing project plans and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias towards finding solutions.
  • Resourceful and innovative, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, and Clari preferred.
