The Senior Hardware Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of new server platforms from concept to launch. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team to take a product from its initial concept through to prototype and into production. The engineer will determine system specifications, I/O processes, and working parameters to ensure hardware/software compatibility. Additionally, the engineer will coordinate the design of subsystems and the integration of the total system, developing the overall server and system product configuration. In this position, the engineer will also focus on optimizing system performance and resolving any performance-related issues that may arise. Ensuring the manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of designs is a critical aspect of the role. The engineer will leverage their strong understanding of x-86 system architecture and robust technical knowledge in platform execution to contribute effectively to the team.
