As a Senior Hardware Software QA Engineer at Kohler Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative products. Your primary responsibility will be to establish testing patterns and best practices that enhance our testing coverage in collaboration with engineering teams. You will conduct thorough technical reviews for new features, identifying any quality concerns that may arise during the development process. Your participation in various scrum meetings will be crucial, as you will provide valuable input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, estimates, and potential problems that could impact project timelines and deliverables. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work three days a week onsite in either Palo Alto, CA, or New York City, NY.
