About the position

The Sr Help Desk Support role is an ongoing contract position focused on providing Level 2 and Level 3 end-user support. The individual will be responsible for handling escalated tickets from tier 1 technicians, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues. This position requires a strong background in IT, particularly in hardware and software support, and is primarily onsite from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated tickets from tier 1 technicians.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to O365 and Active Directory.
  • Assist users with Windows 10 and other related support tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience in end-user support.
  • Proficiency in O365 and Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and general help desk support.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with critical illness and accident insurance processes.
