About The Position
DHL Express US is hiring a Senior HR Compliance Analyst. The Senior HR Compliance Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of HR Compliance and play a crucial role in ensuring our company's adherence to DOT regulations, pre-employment background processes, and I-9 compliance. This position supports DOT Compliance, Pre-Employment Background Adjudication, I-9 Administration, Internal/External Audits, and collaborates with Legal, Operations, Safety, Fleet, Security, Labor, and Field HR teams to ensure compliance and coordination of compliance programs. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency in compliance programs through accuracy, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
