About the position

The Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating HR policies and programs for the organization’s managed labs. This position encompasses various HR functions including recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations, specifically tailored for internal client groups. The role requires collaboration with the HR leader and multiple client groups to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen exempt and non-exempt applicants, ensuring compliance with corporate hiring practices and policies.
  • Administer corporate performance management and salary administration programs in accordance with company policies.
  • Act as a representative for employee relations issues by counseling employees and managers, gathering information, and making recommendations to the Director of HR.
  • Facilitate training and career development plans for client groups.
  • Work with the HR Director to administer the annual HR Planning Process.
  • Serve as the Climate and QMS Survey administrator for client groups.
  • Assist employees in resolving benefits coverage issues by troubleshooting with Corporate HR and Corporate Benefits.
  • Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives with client groups.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a medical environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle.
