In addition to policy management, the Senior HR Generalist will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. The position requires analyzing employee headcount and turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Furthermore, the Senior HR Generalist will support annual compliance reporting, including CA Pay Data, EEO-1 Component, and CA Occupational Employment & Wage Statistics Reporting. In light of ongoing health concerns, the Senior HR Generalist will conduct intake meetings for Covid-19 cases, manage contact tracing, and implement necessary protocols. This role also involves assisting with visa and immigration programs to ensure compliance with USCIS regulations. The Senior HR Generalist will consult with new hires regarding work visa transfer considerations, helping them navigate various visa options, international travel, and permanent residence sponsorship needs. Coordination of regular work visa reporting for HR Business Partners and managing immigration expenses and budgeting requests are also part of the role.
