About The Position
Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior HR Generalist (Consultant) to join our HR services team, where exceptional people thrive. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on a new challenge in Human Resources and want to leverage their HR experience in a dynamic and growing environment. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing professional, recurring outsourced HR services to multiple clients across various industries. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate payroll for clients according to their payroll schedules and maintain data integrity within the HRIS/payroll system. Additionally, you will perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, which includes applicant tracking, interviewing, and conducting reference/background checks. Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox will also be part of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships with clients and employees is crucial, as you will serve as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables.
