The Sr HR Generalist will be a key contributor in facilitating employee & labor relations for the AGCO Hesston facility. This position will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of specific human resources functional areas and projects and initiatives as assigned. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to labor relations; training; organizational development; employee relations; policies and procedures administration; new policy and procedure communication and implementation; compensation administration; FMLA administration; personnel records management, recruiting; and new employee orientation. We are looking for a strategic partner to help move us forward.
