About the position

The Sr. HR Operations Specialist at PACCAR Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting key compensation strategies and providing high-quality administrative and transactional support for various HR initiatives. This position involves collaboration with HR leaders globally, focusing on compensation reporting, analytics, and special HR projects to enhance organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc compensation reports to PACCAR leaders.
  • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Analyze data and identify continuous improvement opportunities in HR Operations systems and offerings.
  • Identify and coordinate special HR projects to further organizational goals; participate in planning, project development, and problem-solving.
  • Prepare various custom and standard reports for Senior Management and the Law Department.
  • Support job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grading and job classifications.
  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather relevant compensation data and insights.
  • Perform payroll data entry and audit tasks.
  • Administer other Benefit, Compensation, and HR programs as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Compensation, HR generalist, Benefits, or HR Operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting or owning continuous improvement projects strongly desired.
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal controls and regulatory compliance is preferred.

  • CEBS, CBP, PHR preferred.
