The Sr. HR Operations Specialist at PACCAR plays a crucial role in supporting key compensation strategies in collaboration with HR leaders both in the United States and globally. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate administrative and transactional support for various organizational development initiatives, compensation reporting, analytics, and other assigned projects. The specialist will produce monthly and ad-hoc compensation reports for PACCAR leaders, assisting in the development of standard reports to meet ongoing customer needs. In addition to reporting, the role involves analyzing data to identify continuous improvement opportunities within the HR Operations function. The specialist will coordinate special HR projects aimed at furthering the organization's goals, participating in planning, project development, and problem-solving activities. Preparing various custom and standard reports for Senior Management and the Law Department is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the specialist will support job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grading and job classifications, participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather relevant compensation data, and perform payroll data entry and audits. The role also includes administering other benefit, compensation, and HR programs as assigned.
