The Sr. HRIS Analyst at Panasonic North America plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR system solutions tailored to meet the needs of end users. The analyst is responsible for gathering and developing business requirements, supporting technical design, product development, testing, and deployment of HR systems. In this position, the Sr. HRIS Analyst will monitor, analyze, and maintain the company's HRIS landscape, ensuring that all systems function effectively and meet user needs. The analyst will make recommendations for improvements, drive the implementation of upgrades and modifications, and manage release processes. Additionally, the role includes providing Tier 2 support for time tracking, payroll, and absence issues within Workday, performing configurations, and documenting changes and processes related to these areas. The analyst will also partner with the HRIS team and Tower Lead on various projects, work with third-party resources to implement new solutions, and ensure compliance with Panasonic's data management protocols. Regular system audits, data queries, and continuous interaction with the Workday Community to stay updated on enhancements are also key responsibilities. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
