We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Sr HRIS Analyst to join our growing Human Resources team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and implementation of our HRIS system, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business needs and supports our HR initiatives effectively. You will partner with HR professionals and other departments across the organization to leverage HRIS data for strategic decision-making, efficient HR processes, and positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of HRIS systems and processes.
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and configuration of HRIS modules.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical and functional support to HR staff and managers on HRIS usage.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the seamless integration of HRIS with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HRIS trends and technologies, recommending and implementing new solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior HRIS team members.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience with a leading HRIS system (Workday, ADP).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL queries and data analysis tools.
