About the position

The Senior HRIS Compensation Analyst is responsible for enhancing the organization's compensation strategy through analytical expertise, systems management, and administrative proficiency. This role involves managing HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure efficient compensation processes, providing strategic insights, and supporting accurate and equitable compensation practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of compensation processes and cycles within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and approval of compensation plans.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS compensation module, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of HRIS functionalities to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the Compensation COE with analyses of compensation data and improvements to HRIS capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into compensation trends.
  • Collaborate with Compensation COE, business superusers, and Finance teams to provide compensation-related insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide training and resources to HR teams and managers regarding HRIS functionalities and compensation structures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for compensation programs and HRIS functionalities.
  • Provide support for HRIS, including resolving HRIS problems and coordinating with 3rd party support providers.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and continuously increase HR knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, system analysis, and compensation analysis in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors HR application, particularly compensation modules.
  • Proven experience in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and management.
  • Excellent understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS software.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially in formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts.
