About the position

The Sr. HRIS Manager at Comagine Health will lead the implementation of the ADP Workforce Now HR system. This role is crucial for enhancing HR processes, onboarding, and document management, with future focuses on compensation, performance management, recruitment, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have extensive HRIS experience and strong interpersonal skills to effectively guide the implementation project and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the ADP Workforce Now HR system.
• Enhance HR processes, onboarding, and document management.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the HRIS from early stages to maturity.
• Present project updates and findings to Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and other individual contributors in a non-profit environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on HRIS experience.
• ADP Workforce Now system implementation experience required.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
