The Senior HRIS Specialist, Talent Acquisition Technology will report to the Sr Manager, HR Systems and will be an integral part of the Human Resources Systems team. This team is responsible for supporting and executing HR system strategy and various business objectives. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will specifically focus on supporting and maintaining the Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS applications and modules. In this role, the specialist will generally support the HR Talent Acquisition team and will interact with all levels and groups within the organization. The position will serve as the primary subject matter expert responsible for the system administration of the company's recruiting and onboarding systems, which currently utilize the recruiting and onboarding modules in the Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite. A significant project is underway to migrate the recruiting and onboarding processes into the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding and Eightfold Talent Acquisition modules. The Senior HRIS Specialist will support the design, implementation, and administration of the new functionality in SuccessFactors and Eightfold, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of these systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS applications and modules.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the company's recruiting and onboarding systems.
  • Administer the recruiting and onboarding modules in the Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite.
  • Assist in the migration of recruiting and onboarding processes into SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold Talent Acquisition modules.
  • Collaborate with the HR Talent Acquisition team and interact with various levels and groups within the organization.
  • Design, implement, and administer new functionalities in SuccessFactors and Eightfold.

Requirements

  • Experience in HRIS applications, particularly in recruiting and onboarding systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold Talent Acquisition modules.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
