About the position

As the Senior HSE Manager for Digital Processes, you will be responsible for planning and controlling multiple environmental, health, and safety (HSE) workstreams and projects, including initiatives focused on digitization and analytics. This role is pivotal in leading the Corporate HSE team in directing digitization across the HSE function globally through impactful processes and ensuring alignment with leading practices in health, safety, and environmental management systems. You will report directly to the Director of HSE Process Excellence, making you a key leader in the organization. In this position, you will represent the global HSE function and collaborate with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell's HSE digitization and information management strategies. You will be tasked with deploying processes that continually improve HSE digital solutions, ensuring they align with global HSE strategies. Managing EHS digitization projects will be a significant part of your responsibilities, which includes maintaining project timeframes, meeting objectives, and facilitating effective communications. You will partner with workstream owners and stakeholders to develop project milestones and reporting requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are well-coordinated and executed. Additionally, you will evaluate, improve, and maintain the HSE digital tools and solutions controls framework, which includes defined policies and procedures, completeness and accuracy, IT general controls, controls over third-party content and data, and controls around reporting. Supporting strategic plans and key process improvements will be essential to continuously enhance digitization across the HSE function. You will also maintain an effective management operating system to ensure that the HSE digital tools and solutions are consistently maintained and meet the needs of users to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the global HSE function and partner with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell's HSE digitization and information management strategies.
  • Deploy processes to continually improve HSE digital solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global HSE strategies.
  • Manage EHS digitization projects including maintaining project timeframes, meeting objectives, and facilitating and delivering effective communications.
  • Partner with workstream owners and stakeholders to develop project milestones and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, sustainability, corporate governance or other related areas.
  • Experience managing and/or deploying digital solutions or analytic tools.
  • Experience in project management or related business management areas.

  • Bachelor's Degree with a technical, business or EHS focus.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
