About the position

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Kohler Ventures, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing mobile applications that enhance consumer experiences. You will work closely with the Head of Software and product teams to create scalable mobile architecture and improve code quality across the codebase. This position is part of a global multi-disciplinary team focused on integrating advanced technology and design to empower healthier living.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.
• Design mobile architecture that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.
• Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.
• Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
• Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software design and development for iOS platform.
• Comprehensive expertise in mobile application technologies, with a solid grasp of communication protocols and functions.
• Utilize your expertise in SwiftUI to craft responsive high-performance apps.
• Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in pairing, configuring, and ensuring quality experiences with Bluetooth peripheral devices, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.
