Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.
- Design mobile architecture that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.
- Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.
- Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
- Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software design and development for iOS platform.
- Comprehensive expertise in mobile application technologies, with a solid grasp of communication protocols and functions.
- Utilize your expertise in SwiftUI to craft responsive high-performance apps.
- Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
- Minimal travel, both domestic and international, if required.
- Proficiency in pairing, configuring, and ensuring quality experiences with Bluetooth peripheral devices, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.
