The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst at Arjo will play a crucial role in the administration of commission compensation programs and customer rebate programs. This position is responsible for executing compensation programs by utilizing data from performance tracking, reward calculations, reporting, analysis, and dispute resolution. The analyst will track customer volume and ratio metrics based on contracted rebate commitments, ensuring consistency across reports and financial adjustments. A key aspect of this role involves developing and managing a comprehensive sales reporting database to fulfill both standardized and ad-hoc reporting requirements for the Sales and Service groups. In this role, the analyst will work closely with the Field Sales and Service teams to develop Sales Plans and improve processes for maintaining and updating a sales commission database for field representatives. This includes ensuring that all associate moves are accurately accounted for and tracked. The analyst will also be responsible for territory alignment and sales plan-related tasks, reconciling sales commission updates by position to the financial plan on a monthly basis, and managing the monthly sales reporting process, which involves extracting sales data, tracking, and making necessary adjustments. The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst will continuously audit all systems, including the Database, SAP, and COGNOS, to ensure data consistency across all platforms. They will create the 'President's Club' Program for monthly Sales Team rankings and annual award determinations, working closely with Sales Management to understand business needs and implement enhancements to reporting deliverables. Additionally, the analyst will handle calculations for proration related to transfers, leaves of absence, new hires, and terminations, maintain compensation software, and interface with the sales team to address complex commission and payout questions. Collaboration with the Finance department is essential to maintain manual data adjustments due to equipment delays or holds, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data incorporated into all associate sales commission statements. The analyst will prepare and manage Compensation Statements for field representatives, distribute them prior to payroll for verification, and audit these statements to identify outliers and verify adjustments. Furthermore, the analyst will develop detailed Yearly Sales Commission Databases that incorporate financial budgets and compensation plans, forecast and track customer rebate commitments, and process payments or credits to customers based on contracted rebates. They will also work with the Contracts team during the presales stage to verify rebate specifications and utilize the revenue management system to track, calculate, and pay customer rebates based on contract periods. Finally, the analyst will evaluate previous year's processes and recommend improvements while managing Special Commission Offers, processes, and payments.
